KidsCaredFor Services

Listed below are the four KidsCarePlans and a la carte services we provide.

“KidsCarePlan© is the way to go. This provides you with a peace of mind care plan for you and your child or children. Unforeseen emergencies and difficult work demands are a part of life for busy families. KidsCarePlans allow you to pick an affordable and appropriate plan for the care you anticipate needing throughout the year. You can upgrade your plan at any time, providing you begin a new twelve month plan.

Definitions

§ “In-home Orientation” is a service provided only for our KidsCarePlan families. One of our nurses will come to your home and meet with you and your children. This visit allows us to become acquainted to your specific needs and home.

§ “Pick-up” is when we go to your child’s school or daycare and take them home, or when we go to your home and take your child to a doctor’s appointment for you. A “Pick-up” includes one full hour of care. If you need us to stay with your child for a longer period of time see “Extra Hours” below.

§ “Full Day” is eight (8) hours of care. A full day is typically from 7:30 – 4:30. If you need us to arrive earlier or stay later, please contact us so we can confirm arrangements.

§ “Extra Hours” are hours or pro-rated hours beyond our normal services. Extra hours allow you to add time to a pick-up or full day as needed.

This includes:
In-home orientation with one of our nurses
2 Pick-ups per year
5 Extra hours per year
Guaranteed Care*

KidsCarePlan III
This includes:
In-home orientation with one of our nurses
3 Pick-ups per year
1 Full Day per year
2 Extra hours per year
Guaranteed Care*

KidsCarePlan IV
This includes:
In-home orientation with one of our nurses
4 Pick-ups per year
2 Full Days per year
8 Extra hours per year
Guaranteed Care*

*Guaranteed care means that in the highly unlikely event we are unable to respond to your need, that month’s billing (up to $235) will be refunded to your credit card on file.

A La Carte Services provide the exact same conveniences you find in our KidsCarePlans but without a guarantee. Although this rarely happens outside our guaranteed plans, it is possible that we will not always be to help. Thank you in advance for understanding when this happens.

The KidsCaredFor Waiver, Release, and Consent form must be filled out and faxed to KidsCaredFor at 713-513-5999 or emailed to info@houstonnursingcare.com prior to any care being provided.
